Having been to Carpool a few times to watch the Penn State game I have really grown to fall in love with this place. The car/garage style themed bar offers plenty of tvs and seat...

Carpool is conveniently located on Fairfax Drive in Arlington. There used to be a Rocklands bbq right next door but they recently moved. Carpool has now started their own kitchen....

The Carpool 4/5/2006

Carpool is large bar and pool hall in Arlington. It isn’t far from the Ballston metro and if you are driving there are many parking spots in the surrounding area. The bar is very cavernous but I always have a good time here. You can order bar food here. It is a nice place to shoot some pool. more

Carpool 3/21/2006

This place is more of a bar than a restaurant. This place was typically known as a singles bar but has changes recently. It has now become more of a laid back pool hall with some basic bar food offerings. The pool hall prices are lofty so be careful of their hourly rates. Other than that I always enjoyed my time here. more

Carpool is conveniently located on Fairfax Drive in Arlington. There used to be a Rocklands bbq right next door but they recently moved. Carpool has now started their own kitchen. The food is decent but the service is slow. This place is so spacious so it easy for their waiting staff to get distracted from their customers. I would only go here to play pool or get a drink at the bar. more

Carpool 9/19/2005

We went to Carpools in Arlington to watch a college football game. They had set it up with our alumni associations as the official site to watch the game. When we arrived we found the viewing area only sat around 20 people and we were not allowed to move tables around so that our group was together. The place may be great to hang out as the had lots of pool table, dart boards and big tv's but was not designed to cater to a large group. more

Good food, better drinks! 6/28/2005

Great local hang out bar. There are lots of pool tables, dart boards and plenty of bar space. The food is wonderful and is technically from Rockland's which is in the same facility. The BBQ is great. Tons of beers on tap and lots of big screen tv's playing sports and news. In the summer they roll up thr "garage doors" and have a nice indoor/outdoor setting. more
