WARNING: Interior cleaned with filthy rag and tire shine. 3/13/2011

I can honestly say I received the worst car wash from Car Pool Auto Wash (9200 W Broad St, Richmond, VA) on 3/8/11 that I have ever experienced in my life and I’ve been driving for more than forty years. Not only was the exterior wash poor, the raised white letters on my tires were left a greasy brown. And, the Premium Interior Cleaning ($49.95) was not only pathetic; I honestly believe someone used a dirty rag to apply tire shine to my dash, console and other vinyl components. Not only was it oily and sticking to the touch it smelled absolutely horrible and. when I took it back to complain, the manager did have someone wipe it down again but he seemed disinterested in assuring the problem was corrected. Not only will I never go back to any Car Pool Auto Wash in Richmond, Virginia, I am going to alert as many people as possible to the disgusting condition of my automobile after they finished with it. I ended up having many of the plastic and vinyl parts removed and cleaned and I can still smell it. more

Poor 5/26/2005

Worst interior clean I've ever had (piad extra for it). Average exterior clean. Same thing has happened twice -- will never go back. more
