Another bakery 8/20/2005

Captain Bakery also makes good birthday cakes. Their cakes are large and relatively cheaper than competitories in chinatown. I usually buy one birthday cake a year from this place. They also have a nice selection of buns such as chicken, barbacue pork, and veggie. more

Decent place to drink coffee and chat 8/13/2005

I give this place three stars because its pretty much like every other cafe you'll find. Although it is exceptionally good, it just doesnt have that meal or that specialty that sets it apart from other places. more

A greta place to grab something to eat for a quick bite. There is absolutely no parking. You better off walking there or taking the train and stroll chinatown. Since this place also sell dim sum which is inexpensive compared to other places. The food here is pretty food for a good price more

Great Bakery for Birthday Cakes 8/5/2005

Captain Bakery is a newer bakery located in Chinatown. It has a huge assortment of delicious bun assortment at a great price. The best part about this bakery are their birthday cakes. They are nice and fluffy with fruit and cream in the middle. The whip cream is not too sweet for those who are calorie conscious. Starting from a base price for the 10 inch cake, each additional inch is an extra $2. more
