Leasing office staff is rude and have demeaning manner towards its tenants. Management and Maintenance falsely advertise they are 24 hour service; instead they use an extremely rude answering service, which offers no help when you have an emergency. Management staff have no concern about any complaints/ issues you have; they just see you as dollar signs. Lack of responsibility and due diligence in safety and welfare of their tenants.
