I researched spas around the area to take my bridal party to get all of our nails done the day before my wedding and finally decided that Capello sounded good... I called and booked an appointment a little over a week in advance for 6 of us and was told I would be sent a contract after I gave them my credit card number to hold my appointment. The day of the appointment, I called a few hours before to make sure we were all set because I never received a contract. After the woman on the phone fumbled around for a minute, she told me that they had booked my appointment for the following day, MY WEDDING DAY, and that it wasn't their fault because we didn't have a contract. I was VERY upset and told her she needed to fix it, as my girls were already on their way in from Rochester, over an hour away. She said "let me call our other locations," and as I asked her if she needed my phone number, she hung up on me. She called back 20 minutes later to say, "Well, all 3 of our locations are booked solid, but we can get you in tomorrow at 1 still." "No, my wedding is tomorrow. What am I supposed to do TODAY?" "The best I can offer you is a gift certificate for the next time you book a party with us." No, I will NEVER book ANYTHING with them again because of the mess they created for me a few hours before my wedding rehearsal and a day before my wedding. It was unnecessary stress, and now I want to make sure all of you know NOT to go to Capello... AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
