Canyon View

I have lived here for three years and I am so thankful that I found this place. The apartments are beautiful the property is well kept and the people that work here are great! I recommend to anyone looking to move to this area to check the community out. I hike Cowles Mountain , run Lake Murray and can walk to the grocery store and CVS. The staff call me back on all my maintenance request to make sure that all was fixed and they are always smiling when I come into the office. I am very happy here and I am sure you would be too! more

Living at Canyon View was like a trip to Fantasy Island. The grounds were impeccable -- the staff was very !!and were constantly maintaining the grounds (and had very high standards). The managers were all very friendly and efficient. If I needed something fixed, it happened that day. The pool was 85 degrees year round, and the jacuzzi was kept really warm as well -- and the jets were really strong, which felt great after a long day's work. The other tenants were all very friendly (except for one -- who was an exception to the rule, his first name starts with an ""A"" (you know who you are if you're reading this!). These apts are more like condos and have full size washer and dryers within the spacious units. I had a friend life in the 2 bedroom and the place was huge and clean. Feels secured and is landscaped nicely. Great canyon views in upscale neighborhood of San carlos and Del Cerro. The management is super friendly and are open 7 days a week. Love this place, heard their security deposits are only 350 bucks for the 1 bedrooms. Pros: Great secure place to live Cons: Saturday night parking fills up more
