Campus Shoe Repair

I really feel the need to give this place an honest review. He has an A + location, and he has been there for many years. My Experience: I dropped off several items at one time to get fixed, a cole haan bag, at least six pairs of shoes, coach wallet, alligator wallet, and a belt. These were not my nicest items in my closet, however I did like them enough to get them fixed. He was very nice when I met him (the owner) and I had used him a few times before. He told me today he wasent going to give me a receipt because he was going to give me a special discount, and i was ecstatic, how nice! Well.. every time I stopped in to pick up my items they "were not ready yet" turns out HE MUST HAVE SOLD THEM OFF! or he says- "He lost them" because I had not come in to get them. I called him several times and he always said they were not ready so why would I come in? BE CAREFUL. He may not do this to everyone, but he did to it to me. I beleive he gave me the discount and later regretted it or thought he would get away with this scam! I have not forgot about my experience with you campus shoe repair! Be careful who you screw over the word will get around! I hope you change your business practice... more

Campus Shoe Repair did a great job fixing my husbands work boots.. They also sell shoes and we ended up buying a couple pairs of shoes from them and they are very well made and don't hardly show any signs of wear. They are so nice and friendly to deal with - they treat the customer like you are very important to them and when you come more than once they try to learn your name and greet you. more

Campus shoes repair offers a variety of services that you might have a hard time finding other places. They can repair most any shoe problem with buckles, soles, and heels, but also can fix most problems with leather and luggage. Along with repair, they offer sales. Their shoe selection is eclectic and original. The help was timely and I felt good about leaving my shoes there for repair. more

What great service this place provides! For those of you worried about the horrible parking in Westwood, this place will validate parking when you bring your shoes in, or pick them up. I had the calves of my knee-high expensive leather boots narrowed to fit me, and they did an excellent job and honored an expired coupon from the back of a Ralphs reciept. I later returned to add protective grip soles to a different pair of leather shoes and when they realized I was a return customer, they gave me another discount. Sweet. more
