I always have had a good experience here, the vet and his wife have always been sweet to my pets and my family. All the gals I have spoken to have been kind and helpful and all seem to be great with animals. They also explain things well so I understand what they are doing. more

My Maltese (Hannah) had delivered two puppies at home however needed a c-section in order to deliver the other two. Hannah had never been seen at Cherry Valley Clinic and it was 5:00 pm when I called. After talking to the tech she told us to come right in. Hannah was immediatly taken into surgery, her puppies did not survive however the tech's tried hard while the doctor worked on Hannah. We were there late into the evening despite their closing time the Dr. and Staff were very kind and supportive. Keep in mind that we had never been to this clinic before. I was very impressed with everyone. This was not my first time one of my Maltese dogs had a c-section. I expected the bill to be around $1600.00 based on my previous experience. The bill was less than $1,000.00 and again we kept them there after hours. The fee also included the next days follow up visit. Today I am calling our "former" vet and having the records of my four Maltese dogs moved to Cherry Valley Clinic. They are a great group of people, kind and compationate. When I went here looking for some information on getting rid of fleas, I met the rudest person I think I've ever met in my life. The Vet was the only person there and (finally after 5 min of sputtering and telling me that he knew, but then didn't know) that the office was actually closed. His wife left the door open and the open sign up. I said sorry for bothering him and turned to leave and he said he didn't believe I was sorry! Told me I should have known he was closed. Not sure how I would have known seeing as how the door was open and the open sign was up. I don't have pets now, but I will definitely not be going here when we get some. more
