first they are all smiling faces ready to help you. but if you have a pb, they you to the second office to see an old man doesnt even know what to smile is.... i bought my car in february and made all the payment.I change my installement date from the 19th to the 3rd of each months. I had some issues this month so I called them to give them 300 instead of the 365 . I was suppoz to give the 65 in the week. can you imagine they repos my car for 65 and they i call them during three dayz after that nobody could tell me how much i had to pay. finally the old man told me that i had to pay 11 000 dollars, in others words to pay off my car and that i had 10 dayz to do so otherwise they will sell the car. can you imagine. DO NOT GO HERE! I WENT HERE AND PURCHASED A CAR ON 1/30/2009, AT THAT TIME I ASKED COULD I HAVE A MONTHLY PAYMENT INSTEAD OF EVERY TWO WEEKS. I DID TELL THE SALESMAN (WITH HIS LYIN AZZ) THAT I WOULD NEED TO PAY BI-WEEKLY TILL I GOT RIGHT-SIDE UP ON MY RENT (I HAD GIVEN THEM ALL MY RENT MONEY TO PUT DOWN ON THE CAR AND TOLD THEM AS MUCH) THE LIL SALESMAN AGREED. I MADE A PAYMENT ON 2/16 AND WAS PREPARED TO MAKE THE NEXT ONE ON 2/27. THEY CASHED MY MONEY ORDER ON 2/16 AND THEN ON THE NIGHT OF 2/23 CAME AND TOOK MY CAR!!! I WALK TO THE LOT THE NEXT DAY AND THE LYIN SALESMAN LOOKED THRU ME LIKE I WAS TRANSPARENT AND TOLD ME ""HE WOULD HAVE *NEVER* AGREED TO THAT"" AND BASICALLY DISMISSED ME BY TELLING ME TO GO TO THEIR 2ND LOT AND TALK TO SOMEONE THERE. I WALKED DOWN THERE AND WAS TOLD BY A PINCH-FACED OLD MAN I HAVE NEVER SEEN THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY 325.00 + 200.00 REPO FEE!!! I HAD HAD THE CAR ALL OF 3 1/2 WEEKS! I WAS SHOCKED! I TOLD THEM TO KEEP THAT DAYMM CAR AND KISS MY AZZ. FIRST OFF THEY WERE TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR 2 ADDITONAL WEEKS (6) WHEN I ONLY HAD THE CAR NOT EVEN A MONTH. THEN THE LIL LIAR WHO ACTED LIKE I DIDNT KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT IS A REAL CLASS ACT ALL ON HIS OWN. SO THEY BASICALLY RIPPED ME OFF FOR MY DOWNPAYMENT AND 2 WEEK PAYMENT. more
