In the early year right before spring, I had problems in the apartment with rats and roaches, the exterminator came in and stated that the rats were climbing thru the trees that were not trimmed and came on top of my apartment, after SEVERAL complaints I finally decide to contact the department of agriculture and have them fight for me, all it took was a letter from them and like a miracle the trees were trimmed in a matter of days!! Also Since July 2010, I had problems with a leaking A/C unit, which took the apartment complex about a month to fix, since August we notice a growth inside the closet where the A/C unit is, I notified the complex SEVERAL times and all they told me was to spray it with bleach, but the mold keep growing and now is black. We are feeling sick all the time and have been at the hospital twice already with respiratory problems, I informed the complex that I was going to stop payment on the rent until they fix my problem (2 months ago) I still have the mold in my apartment and they are ignoring my claims.. I have now received a letter of eviction. I have contacted the Heath department and the Osceola County of Code Enforcement..
