I am not sure where Frustrated1111 is going, but they are not talking about this mini storage. The GENTLEMEN that manages the mini storage could not be any nicer, is very courteous, kind and bends over backwards to help you. The units are well taken care of and affordable with no hidden fees. Automatic gates make easy access with the extra security of being located next to door the Camas Police Department. They are nothing short of professional I would recommend them to all my family and friends. Pros: Mangement, Location, Service and Price Cons: nothing more

The rates are very high and they raise them without proper notice. Then when not even a full month behind they do a preliminary lien notice and a lien notice on the same day. they are not professional in any sort of way. the manager takes care of her grandson during the day which prohibits her from doing her job and if it is not her grandson then it is her dog. she has kept us locked out of our unit after payment for an additional 5 days because of these reasons. In addition no where in the contract does it say if you are 1 day late that you will be locked out of the unit. rent due on the first and if you don't get it in on the first or prior to then the gate locks you out. what kind of customer service is this. in the contract it says if you pay after the 5th and the 10th then you will be locked out via gate. etc. and the 10th is when you get charged the late fee. nowhere in the contract does it say 5 days before the end of the month are they permitted to charge another $5 for being late when in all actuallity you are not even 30 days late. This company needs to get their act straight and put the customers before their personal lives during the work day. also no where in the contract does it say that if paid late does it have to be in cash. they are refusing to accept credit card payment because of all this crapola the manager is pulling.
