Rip-off and gyp joint...i took a tire off of my logsplitter in to repair the flat...\r they charged me $11.00 to put air in it...it was flat in 2 days. they did not fix the tire.... if they are untrustworthy on simple matters then they cannot be trusted for larger work...i did this as a test to see if they would do the right thing. they did not. more

I've been taking my cars here for service for years. I love that when they have found something unexpected, the service men come out and explain what they've found--even take you back to the bays to look at it if you want. more

Best independent garage in town!! 10/8/2010

Best service center I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Fast, fair and friendly service is the name of the game here. I take my company leased vehicle and my two personal vehicles to them for oil changes, tires, repair and maintenance and I have been treated exceptionally well every time I deal with Callen Kinback. They know how to service your vehicle but more importantly they know how to keep their customer's happy!! HIGHLY recommended!!!! more

Worst service center - They don't know how to change the oil. 11/3/2008

I took my Accent for state inspection and oil change. When they change the oil, they bent the metal plate inside of oil filter hole and was hitting the rocker arms. They documented that there is a flapping noise in the engine - as if it were before I dropped. I need it to get it repaired by a dealer for $82.00 Cons: worst service, in experienced technicians more

Yikes!! 8/12/2005

We took our vehicle to this shop to have our oil changed and our tires replaced. First, they charge more than their competitors. Second, they got oil on our car seat. Those things I was able to live with. My husband took the car home and I went out to the store for some much needed groceries. Well to my surprise I don't even get a mile down the road when it breaks down on me. Call and get it towed to the nearest shop. Well boy we were blown away when we were told that the engine had ceased because there was no oil in it. We contacted Goodyear and they said they weren't responsible because they don't guarantee their work expect for on their tires. What a bunch of crock! Boy did we learn our lesson the hard way. Hopefully, people can learn from our mistake! more
