Cafe Rio in Layton, Utah is a great place to get a burrito, or enchilada. They are constantly busy I suggest takeout or off peak hours. I get the Grilled Steak Burrito enchilada style. there are three sauces to choose from. I get the hots sauce. Its a little spicy but nothing I would consider flaming hot. The prices range from $7-8 for the burrito. I have never had their tacos so I can't vouch for that. The restaurant is clean and there is seating outside also. I went on a Saturday night at about 6:30 and we were hard pressed for seating. Oh and my daughter enjoys the children's quesadilla. Cafe rio is a must try but please arrive early or on off peak hours on your first visit as to not overwhelm your visit.
