Great ambiance with a Mediterranean flare. How the server can take orders from six different people at our table without writing down amazes me - and she got it right! Even with the special requests of this on the side, hold that, etc. \r \r I love the focaccia bread which goes quickly but they always bring more. The bruschetta burger is great and I don't feel guilty since it's served on whole wheat bread. This is my favorite place to go for lunch, the service is always top notch and the food comes quickly and is always delish! more

Oak fired grill - and they charge for it, too 10/31/2005

225 is a nice place with a lot of potential. The food is presented well and the service is great. 225 has a great wine / beer list, and the ambience is nice. However, I was disappointed with the tri tip we ordered for dinner. I was expecting more than just three smallish strips on the plate. I was also expecting it to be hot. I was let down. But the side dishes were excellent, and the service couldn't be better. Maybe I just visited on an off night. I would go back, but I'm afraid to order tri tip..... it was expensive as tri-tip goes. The FLAVOR of the meat was great - I truly loved the oak fired thing. I just wish I hadn't left so hungry and paid so much. Pros: Ambience, Service, Bar Cons: Bad value, small portion, meat not hot more
