Zenon used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but the staff changed, and some people moved up the management chain. The new managers were terrible, did not appreciate their regular customers in the same way, I felt unappreciated. The old managers always made me feel valued and welcome, and gave me that little bit of special treatment that makes you feel like they really want your business and more importantly want you to have an amazing, and memorable experience. \r

Some manager wtih a Beard is a serious A-hole, he had a weird name and I can't remember it now. Once I went in and was seated, we waited about 10 minutes to place our order and then they told us breakfast was over and they weren't willing to make the exception. I haven't been back since, also the kitchen staff has high turnover and sometimes the lunch kitchen crew isn't quite up to the same standards as the dinner staff.
