i came in on what appeared to be a relatively slow day to get my car detailed. i had previously called and was told to come first thing in the morning, which i did. tell me how it takes 3 hours to wash a freaking car?!?!?! i did everything they asked me to, to sit around for 3 hours for what should take about 40 minutes at most. i watched multiple cars go in and out before me while i was waiting for this to be done, and its not like they were suprised i was coming. they asked me to come at that time and they would fix what was already their fault!! i just think its bad business, and i was less than thrilled with the service i was provided. they asked me if there was anything they can do to fix it, which i guess is somewhat nice, but really, why are you asking me what you can do to make my service better after taking 3 hours to fix something so trivial in the first place?! besides this, my service here has always been that of excellence, im a little dissapointed now.
