In ShortPictures of classic rock icons, John Wayne, and a huge Texas flag adorn the walls and set the tone at the Cactus Moon Blues Cafe, working-class Humble's premier live-music joint. A myriad of wires and cords left exposed in the rafters, dangling from ceiling to sound-booth, reveals the level of sophistication honored at the Moon. The menu, however, features crawfish sausage, oyster po' boys, fried gator, and chicken-fried steak.
