I have to say, in fairness to this company, perhaps the other review for kitchen refacing was a one time issue, or the case of two sides to ever story. My wife and I used Cabinet En-Counters as well for a recovery/refacing project for our kitchen, and we ended up with a fkitchen that can be on the front cover of a design magazine . We used thermafoil and stainless steel doors with coordinating laminate for the refacing. This company was professional to work with, very timely, and efficient. If there were any questions we had, they were answered and resolved quickly. I would not only recommend this company to anyone, but we are considering using them again for a major bathroom project we are now planning. more

I definitely would not recommend this company for refacing. This company is a company that orders new cabinets and installs them. The refacing work that was done in our kitchen was unsatisfactory and poor workmanship. The thermafoil was applied incorrectly and not carefully cut and measured. The wrong kind of hinges were used to hang the doors. In many instances screws were left out all together. Three of the cabinet doors have fallen off the hinges since we removed the company from our project. Many of our drawers do not open all the way because the glides were hung without using a level. There are too many things wrong with our kithen to list here. The new banks of drawers and cabinets we had installed were lovely, before they were refaced. The way they were installed and refaced was really a shame because they really are good quality cabinets. We were very unhappy with the outcome of our refacing project. more
