Update, CR Floors assigned a new account manager that did a good job cleaning up the mess. There were several problems as a result of the poor start and a few ongoing problems that were quickly addressed and fixed. The end result is a pretty fantastic looking floor. \r

I have made 4 calls to the ""Account Manager"" and received exactly zero returned calls. They sent a sub contractor out to my house who had no idea what he was supposed to do or how to do it. The sub was working out of a 1982 Honda accord and had to borrow tools and materials from me. How CR Floors could be so disinterested in the quality of work being done is truly shocking. Zero stars for CR Floors.
