We had a terrible experience listing our property with this company. The agent, who we trusted, lead us to believe that a similar property to ours sold for much more than it actually did. The so-called comparable property sold for $139,000 , not for $155,000 as we were lead to believe. Also the property had more land attached to it and hence was more valuable than ours. We listed our house for $149,000 and got an offer within two months for $139,000, which we thought was horribly low due to our agent's misinformation. We lost the offer because of this agent. This company has cost us $15,000 and counting. Seven months now and we are still on the market. When we called the president of this company to complain, he told us he was not in the "business of customer service". I would not recommened this agency to my worst enemy. Do not trust this agency with your most valuable asset. My parents listed with this company too and now are having their own difficulties. You would do better to sell "For Sale By Owner" anything but hire this company.
