I ordered drapery panels on August 10, 2007 and my PayPal account was zapped immediately for $333.60. I was told more than once that they were backordered and expected in a week or two. The panels had still not arrived by November 16 so I cancelled the order. Now it's January 19 and I still don't have my money back.
Pros: They answer their phone and return emails.
Cons: They lie in their emails and phone calls.
