I purchased a watch at Bulgari for my wife. Within three months of the purchase the watch stopped working. We sent it back to the Bulgari store for repair/replacment. It took a significant amount of time for Bulgari to repair and return the watch. Wish this was the end of the story - but the watch quit working subsequent times. On each successive return, the Bulgari representatives became increasingly evasive and difficult to work with. The Bulgari representatives eventually resorted to blaming the watch failure on us saying my wife must have ""abused"" the watch. This accusation would be comical if the watch wasn't so expensive. On the last failure, post-repair-return from Bulgari, she had not even worn the watch! At this writing, the watch has been in the repair shop for a total approaching 6 months. \r

I would avoid purchasing anything from the Costa Mesa Bulgari store.
Cons: Poor service. Poor quality. Poor responsiveness.
