We have been taking our two dogs to Button for 4 years now. We chose them because of their convenient location, and have continued to use them because of their friendly service and low prices. The receptionists remember our name, and the names of our dogs - even when we call with a question over the phone. The Dr.'s are friendly and take the time to discuss our concerns during each visit. Their advice has been helpful in problem solving some behavioral and health issues with one of our dogs.
A previous review mentions that the facility is old and in need of renovation. As well as rudeness of the Dr.'s. In response to that: In the 4 years that we have been using Button, at least 3 of the 4 Dr.'s have changed - I would have agreed with their comments about a couple of the previous Dr.'s, but we have had no issues with any of their replacements. The facility itself could use some technology upgrades (which is why I only give it 4 stars), but has undergone minor repairs, and updates to make it more accessible.
The price for the quality service we receive is unbeatable.
