I began banking with First Federal and then it was changed to Busey Bank. They have always had friendly people working at Busey. The part that is the worst are the extra fees. I was working in another state and paying Busey fees of $2.00 for every withdrawal and then the fee associated with the bank I was making the withdrawal from. After many phone calls to Busey I was told tough - the fees would stick. After many great years banking with First Federal without the fees I had no choice but to take my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend Busey to anyone that every travels away from Bloomington - Normal as it is a huge inconvience.
