Joey was a big help and answered all of our questions and helped us to find the PERFECT car. We were slightly frustrated when we arrived - having been to other places where the salesmen/women were no help and didn't seem to want to sell a car! He listened to what we wanted and showed us around the new and used cars and only showed us what we were looking for - didn't try to upsell or take us out of our budget. We love our car!! more

2010 Pre-owned Pilot 9/25/2011

We just purchased a 2010 Pre-owned Pilot on Saturday and had the best experience. The car buying experience was easy and painless. We even traded in our vehicle and it only took alittle over 2 hours from start to finish. I would recommend Burns Honda to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. Thank you everyone at Burns, especially Jim McCormick, GM/VP, for the red carpet treatment. more

Worth the drive 8/9/2011

My wife and I just bought a certified pre-owned Pilot from Burns. We are extremely pleased with the way we were treated, quality of the car, and price we paid. We live in Bucks County, PA, but were referred to Burns by a friend. We have a 3 month old that we were going to take with us, so I called up first and talked to Sam about what cars we were interested in, what price range we needed to be in, and that we would be bringing our 3 month old with us. We got to the dealer at 6:45 and were out of there at 8:30. Quick and painless, and the price was what we agreed upon ahead of time. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Even if you don't live in NJ, my advice would be check their website, see if they have a couple of cars you are interested in, then call them up. They may be able to work with you on the price and make it worth the drive like they did for us. It can't hurt to make the call. Good luck! more

I just wanted to thank you and your team for your help when I purchased my 2009 Accord - it was such a positive experience all around! After I left, I read your business card and saw in the corner that it said ""Home of the nice guys!"", and I have to admit I chuckled, as I thought it was an interesting statement to make on a business card! But after working with yourself and Don, I can say with certainty that it is TRUE, and made the car buying process much easier knowing that I really was working with ""nice"" guys. After visiting other dealerships that day and looking at other cars, I was a little intimidated by some of the aggressive sales techniques that other dealerships used (especially when they saw I was a young-ish woman, by herself, interested in buying a car). Truly, when I got to Burns, I was tired of sales pitches and ""What would it take to get you in this car today""? type lines. When I test drove the car with you, you gave me facts about the car, were VERY knowledgeable about Honda's, and were genuinely friendly - the opposite of what I had experienced at other places I looked. You let the car speak for itself, which was such a breath of fresh air in the car buying process. Again, thanks so much to yourself and your team for all your help - from start to finish - in the process. I feel confident that I made the right decision, and bought from the right people and place. Even the thought of eventually needing service or maintenance on my new car is made easier knowing I will be returning back to Burns, and will continue to be in good hands. more

My husband and I were extremely satisfied and appreciative at the treatment we recieved by Tony and Mike. They could not have been more helpful. We would feel comfortable sending anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a car to Burns Honda. We were with the same Nissan dealer for 15 years and will never go back. I was intrduced to Mike(salesman) by my son-in-law who is on his third Honda. I previously had a chevrolet(also a good car. I tried a Civic which I intended to buy but Having tried the Accord chose to lease and have this really nice car. Tom(financial) was very nice and explained cost and payment plan and the great deals offered when the lease is up. I finished with George who took me to the car and explained everything on the dashboard the floorboard and anything that I questioned about the car even if I asked him to repeat it(what more could you ask for?) Oh, did I mention Mike called how I was doing and if I had any questions or concerns about the car? He did and I think that was really nice of him.So thank You. more

Mike Covello, the salesman work with me on every part of the sale to me. He knew about the car that he was selling to me and was able to help me with any and all question I had. The car was in great shape when I picked it up and I'm Happy with Mike, and Burns Honda that the whole experience was excellent. more

My experience with Burns Honda was GREAT! This is my first Honda as I previously had Chevys. I love my new Odyssey! Keith walked me thru the workings of the car (more than once) He was very patient with me understanding that us "oldies" are somewhat technologically challenged! He even offered to give me another "lesson" if I needed it. Overall, my experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend Burns Honda and Keith Bachman to all my friends and family. more

Evan Long greeted us with a warm smile and worked with us with patience and was very helpful and took his time and explained everything we asked him about the Honda Civic. LS and VP. He also explained the Honda FIT. After the deal was completed on the Honda LS. Evan explained the workings of Burns Honda Service,and went over the finer details of how the car operated from A to Z. John Schwartz came in on the finalization of the closing and was very knowledgeable friendly and made us feel at home at Burns Honda. more

Easy To Work With 7/5/2011

Second car (almost third but we got a different kind of car)in 12 months from Joey and Burns. Their way of doing things from the past has changed for the better (less pressure and follow up) and Joey and his managers were great and easy to work with. For personal reasons, the process stretched over 2 months but he stuck with me and stuck with the price which was by the way a great price. Also, they were accommodating on other fronts. I fully understand why they keep getting these awards. more

I cannot say enough good things about Burns Honda! We started our car search on CarWoo! and Burns gave us the best price. Chris was working with us, and we really appreciated how quick and responsive he was. When we arrived at the dealership, everyone was friendly, and the process went by quickly and painlessly-- I particularly appreciated that Chris didn't try to sell us extra accessories for the car like other dealerships. In fact, we were the ones who said we wanted the enhancement kit. Truly the definition of ""no pressure""! Nicole McNamee was the one working with us to finance the car, and knowing that we're broke newlyweds (and one of us is a grad student), she really worked with us about our concern of having as low a monthly payment as possible. We walked (er, drove) out of Burns Honda with a new shiny Civic, very happy, and feeling like we made two friends. I HIGHLY recommend Burns to anyone who is looking for a new Honda! more

Burns honda had a huge selection of Pilots to chose from. There sales staff was polite and very professional from there introduction to there delivery. I have bought many cars over the years and have never seen such a straight forward sales process. I would highly recommend Burns to anyone looking to buy a Honda in South Jersey!!! more
