Burns Ford is way too expensive for my blood. On the occasions I have taken my Ford to the dealer for repairs I was left crying from paying so much. The staff doesn't seem too knowledgeable and they are not friendly. Last summer we needed a transmission, so we called Burns, well their guy was out all summer! They didn't have anyone else that could do that job. That is insane. This is a huge dealership, the mechanics should know how to fix a variety of things. I will not take my vehicle back to them. I wouldn't even consider purchasing a vehicle from them.
