I have been a Honda owner for the past eleven years and have used Burns exclusively (with the exception of one oil change) for service. This loyalty is solely due to the outstanding service I receive from Rob Regan.
Rob is knowledgeable, personable, confident and reassuring. I never feel ripped off or taken advantage of. He is truly an asset to your organization.
We shopped multiple Honda dealerships and asked for a price from Linda Davey who was recommended to us by Rob. Linda, along with Brian Krykewycz, delivered a very attractive quote but it was not the lowest.
We actually went to purchase the car from the other dealer on Black Friday. Once there, the sales manager projected the attitude that we were already sold on his car and would not consider any discount on three additional items that we requested: a cargo net, trunk tray and sunroof wind shield. At that point, we called Brian to ask if he could discount them. Brian added them to the deal without increasing his price quote. We walked out of the first dealer and drove straight to Burns.
Linda had back-to-back appointments scheduled throughout the day, but still went out of her way to fit us in. Both Brian and Linda are true professionals. Neither said derogatory things about the other dealer regardless of having been told of our experience.
Our car was prepped and the additional items installed even though there were numerous other deliveries that day. Linda spent the time to review all the paperwork and options on the car with us, even presetting the radio and walking us through pairing up the Bluetooth. Having experienced her delightful personality and genuine warmth, it is no surprise that she was so busy.
I want to thank Brian and Linda for going above and beyond on such short notice for us. I also want to thank Rob for recommending Linda and for always taking good care of my car. It looks like I’ll be seeing him even more often now that we are a two Honda family.
