Easiest Car Deal 6/6/2011

Two 10 minute phone conversations with Chris Kull and an unbeatable deal was made. Chris offered a deal that three Honda dealers in my area could not beat. Chris grreted me at our agreed upon time and had the car ready. we test drove the car and returned to sign the paperwork and drove home. Yes, it was that simple! Thank you Chris and Tony for the easiest and best car deal I have ever made. more

Best Car Buying Experience 6/1/2011

I must say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Not only did my salesman Keith Bachman make me feel at ease throughout the whole process he went above and beyond to meet my needs. Very Confident 5/24/2011

I went to look at Burns Honda and took a test drive. My salesman Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. I did not receive any pressure what so ever to buy. I told Mike I would not be buying for another few weeks, that I was looking at all my options, he said ok. Then when I decided to go back for another test drive a few weeks later Mike was there to help me. I felt very confident buying from Burns Honda! They worked with me and I am enjoying my 2012 Honda Civic.Mike and Tony both told me do not hesitate to contact them with any questions I have about my car or any help they can be to me. more

I recently purchased a 2010 Honda Crosstour From Burns Honda. I worked with Ed Altman, and I couldn't have had a better experience. There was no pressure, and Ed spent a lot of time with me explaining the features of the vehicle, taking the vehicle on a test drive, and discussing financing options. The delivery process took awhile, but no longer than I've experienced before. Throughout the process, everyone at the Burns dealership was cordial and helpful, and went out of their way to make the process pleasant and painless. It was exciting to take delivery of my new vehicle! I am not surprised by this experience, because I have been a customer of Burns Honda since 1977, and they have been great, not just with sales, but also with service. I never felt that the service department was taking advantage of us (which I have sometimes felt with other dealerships), and they have kept all of our Hondas running great at reasonable prices. And the service people are also very pleasant. Burns must have a great training program in regard to customer service, or they just have a knack of hiring great people! Dealing with Burns has always been a great experience. more

******Praise to Burns Honda****** I am a long time service customer of Burns Honda and have purchased my last 3 Accords from their dealership. On Saturday 24, 2009 having an oil change done on my 2006 Accord through their express service, while the oil change was being completed I wondered into Burns Honda's showroom with very low pressure. I was pleastly greeted by a greeter her name was Christine she was so helpful along with an extremely busy showroom she went out of her way to find my a salesperson to help me in fact she even offered me some coffee and popcorn she made me feel like I was at home. Joey Nahama was the salesperson that Christine had assist me he was so professional in every way from when he greeted me to the best demo ride I have ever went on Joey illustrated some things on the new accord that immediatly sparked my interest again with low pressure I told Joey about 5 times that I am not buying a car today and that I would talk to my wife about the new Accord but In the back of my mind I loved the car, when we came back from the demo ride Joey and I walked though the inventory of Accords it seemed endless but Joey with his experience and knowledge of the lot knew where the car I wanted was that is what I call a great salesperson to know where the car I was interested in was with about 300 Accords on the lot is pretty impressive to me and I commend him for that. After I found the car I liked (loved) I still wasn't ready yet to buy a new car in fact I feel the car I have now only has 18000 miles on it is still like new, but I really like the new body style and it is a bigger car. About 35 minutes went by and my beeper went off telling me my oil change is complete it is a great process the thing they give you is like you are out to dinner at Friday,s waiting to get seated talk about express service again I was impressed. Part of me just wanted to go pay for my oil change and go talk to my wife about the car but Joey was so kind and gave me so much good infomation about the new car that in reallity more

Pricey but it's worth the great job they do 12/21/2010

I went here about 2 wks ago, for my periodic oil & filter change. Their Service department rivals most dealership, very adequate, speedy. Unfortunately I am familiar with alot car parts, area, prices, since my dad is a mechanic. I used to help him with brakes, etc. They said I was in need on maintenance A , to flush out transmission fluid, then my cabin filer -air breathe was dirty, wanted me to do that, course it would cost me 49.99 , flush out replace transmission fluid 50.00 , yeah..OK, when my filter is about $14.99 , -take it out, replace it myself. Crazy prices!! Other then that, I'm satisfied with service . more

I Just recently purchased a Honda there, service is Excellent! I have been a Willis loyal customer-for my original car was from there, but through the yrs, turn-over for sales, service have changed, There wasn't too many certified vehicles to choose from , no acknowledgement, wasnt too happy, but the other 1/2 of coin, Turnersville , was the Extreme-typical car sales-men-pushy , overbearing , but Burns was great, greeting, directed to cars, any questions, to come inside..good!!! more

The Home Of The Nice Guys! 12/7/2010

Bought our first SUV, Honda's CR-V. We started shopping in September 2009 and liked our salesman, Marc, back then. We are very slow to make decisions and finally bought the car March 2010! I asked Marc to keep in touch when new incentives came out. He called once a month and left a friendly message. Who likes car salesmen! Now I do...our car salesman, and seemingly the other sales people at Burns are just as easy and comfortable to deal with. The wheeling and dealing was pretty painless. The manager, Jim, spent time with us explaining things, as well.I dreaded the last part of the process, meeting with the, 'loan guy.' Tony turned out to be delightful to deal with. Everything felt straight forward and was explained to our satisfaction.I look forward to a service department that is as responsive as the sales staff. Their motto really is true, 'the home of the Nice guys!' more

The process was painless and straightforward 12/2/2010

We initially visited Burns Honda to look at the Honda Odyssey. Mike, our saleman was very accomodative to our schedule and our concerns about the vehicle. The support staff was friendly and helpful, even watching our children while Mike took us out for a test drive. Before leaving the dealership, we were introduced to the Sales Manager, Anthony. After our visit, Mike followed up with periodic phone calls to understand where we were in our decision to purchase. We ultimately decided that the Accord would better suit our needs. Again Mike met with us, spoke to us about the vehicle, and took us for a test drive. While his interest to close the deal was apparent, at no time did we feel pressured or rushed in our decision. When we were ready to purchase, we collected internet pricing from several local dealers. We returned to Burns Honda, where Tony joined our negotiation. He was able to match our best offer and we drove our new car home that day. When the new registration documents were received, Mike called, and I was able to pick them up on my way home from work. Overall, Mike and Tony made the process painless and straightforward. We are now a two Accord family, and expect to enjoy our new Accord for many years to come. more

This was the first time I ever bought a vehicle from Burns Honda. We absolutley love the new 2011 Honda Pilot and the service we received from Burns. From the first moment we walked through the door we were greeted and felt very much comfortable with them. I felt all of the personnel went out of their way to be cordial and accomodating, just to name a few Ed and Brian of Internet Sales, the finance guy, Mr. Fox, and the service people. My hats off to a top notch dealership. I would reccommend them to anyone more

From the minute I stepped into the showroom at Burns Honda, I was treated politely and respectfully. Bob took the time to explain all my options and then walked with me through the lot until I found the exact car that I wanted. The gentleman in the finance department was courteous and completed all the paperwork promptly. All in all it was a great experience. I will go back to Bob Lynch the next time I need a car and I would recommend Burns Honda to my friends. more

Burns is not like your typical dealerships 11/5/2010

My wife and I were "just looking" for the potential next vehicle to replace an ending 5 year lease on a mini van. Ed was very helpful, knowledgeable and freiendly. He represented Honda & the CR-V very well - and was a big reason we decided the CR-V would become the new family vehicle. Just brought my car in for a 10,000 mile service check. After the repair I asked for guidance on the next several checks scheduled. They printed out what's included in each check and the estimated price, so I have an idea of what's coming up. The staff was very friendly. I would go back here. more

I wont ever go anywhere else 10/28/2010

Have been going there and servicing my 1998 Accord since I bought it there brand new. My car now has over 260,000 miles on it and I wouldn't trust any other establishment with my car. Everyone there from the valet guys up to the management has always treated me with respect and I have never felt that they were trying to take advantage of me. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to purchase, lease or service a vehicle more

I have purchased 3 Accords from Burns and through the years whether for a faulty key,brake problems,air conditioner malfunction and even for repairs due to collision, I have cinfidence that they will always resolve my problem. It inspires confidence seeing some of the faces in the service dept. have been there as long as I have. It speaks well for the company. It goes without saying, that, Eric,in charge of service, is the best! The two years he was missing were surely noted. He has alway seen a problem through to the end! more

We just bought our new CRV from Burns and we had the best customer service. We went to Conicelli and it was the worst. The sales associate at Conicelli at Conshohocken immediately took my car for appraisal and never even show me a CRV. At Burns, Mitch helped me and showed me all the different CRV and how it works. I had a wonderful experience. For once I did not felt like I was rip off from buying a car. I got what I want and I don't regret it. more

My husband and I just bought the Honda Fit at Burns Honda. Two thumbs up. We got a good deal on our trade in, the customer service was very very good (Rob was our salesman and he was fabulous), and even the general manager weighed in with us as we were negotiating the final price of our fabulous Fit. We visited with the South Philly Honda dealership, but couldn't get out of there fast enough. Their customer service was crap, they took forever, and couldn't be less interested in our needs. So, it was back Burns Honda for us. Definitely go there for your Honda needs. I am confused by all these poor reviews. We had a great experience. more

Burns Honda is the Best!!: Customer service is a high priority at Burns Honda and it shows! I have been a customer for over 12 years & they just get better and better. Polite, knowledgeable personnel, comfortable waiting area, prompt service and NO UNNECESSARY REPAIRS. Excellent!!! more
