good front desk, mechanics? 8/5/2015

I have a two year old hyundai. Twice I have needed a repair. Both times the front desk person was terrific, but in both cases I had to bring the car back because the mechanic had not done the job properly. It seems like a good car, but someone needs to do a better job ensuring that the mechanical work is done properly. Once they do that I will give them 5 stars and I would recommend this business to a friend, but not now. more

I went in for the cars routine oil change. They noticed my inspection was coming due and did that as well. Customer service was excellent, car washed and cookie delivered. All in all a great job. more

I have been using Burlington Hyundai since 2012 with two leases and one trade in. The service staff has always been courteous and pleasant to deal with. I had an issue with my tires recently that they resolved in full. Just bought another car from them (Subaru this time) and will continue to use them for service. more

Had a recall on my Sonata and thought, here we go again. My time long wait and time I don't have. Instead, Eric made the visit easy fast and it took less time than quoted. The car came back cleaner than it went in and I was treated like a VIP. This was a great experience and will talk to all I know about the great service I got. more

Review overkill 5/26/2015

Since I took my Elantra in earlier this month for state inspection, oil change, and recall work, this is AT LEAST THE THIRD REVIEW I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO COMPLETE. As I reported in the first review, I was quite satisfied with the work. Now, I am very tired of being asked for multiple reviews. Hyundai and/or Burlington Hyundai is either not bothering to read what I have written or is out of control. more
