I was a frequent customer of Burger King's for a long time, but will no longer give them any money of mine as long as Dustin is employeed there! Last night I ordered a #8 meal with a large coke, as I waited for my food a manager named Dustin came to the window and seemed to hurrel my order at me like it was a task for him to do his job. Without thinking, I drove off without my drink. As I pulled back to the window and asked Dustin for my drink he began to argue with me that I didn't pay for a drink. He continued to argue with me, as if I was a bank robber out to steal their pride and joy (a large coke) as I showed him the receipt so he'd stop arguing with me and give me what I paid for, I asked him to make sure that orders are complete before throwing the orders at the customers he yelled to me, ""Never come back!"" I wasn't aware that that was how you bring customers in. BURGER KING you should be so proud of your employee Dustin, a manager no less. Dustin you have a lot of work to do before you should be managing anyone, if you can not conduct yourself in a professional manner, you shouldn't be managing anyone! I will be contact your corporate offices this wasn't the first time I've dealt with Dustin's attitude. I can't believe that a person with Dustin's type a personality disorder would be given a supervisor role with a service oriented business. Dustin shouldn't be working with people he seems to have issue with customer service. I hope they decide to no longer employee a person like Dustin it would only continue to be detrimental to your business.
