I don't know what it is with this Burger King... it's obvious you don't need a college degree to work at a fast food burger joint, but how hard is it to get an order right? They've messed up my order every time I've been there (and I've been there several times, weekdays, weekends, for lunch and dinner). Every time I order the BK Fish meal, I order it Spicy. And I've noticed that when I order it spicy, they're one of the only BKs that put the spicy sauce AND tartar sauce on the burger. YUCK. Last time I was there (2 days ago) I SPECIFICALLY asked to MAKE SURE they DO NOT put tartar sauce on the Spicy Fish Sandwich - ONLY spicy sauce. And I asked to add tomato and onion. I almost opened up the sandwich to make sure it was correct but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt (since this time I was sooooo clear in explaining EXACTLY what I did NOT want). So I take it home to eat, and of course there's BOTH Tartar and Spicy sauce on it... and yes they added tomato and onion, but OMITTED lettuce (which the fish sandwich comes with). So I wonder... which is it... lack of CARE for their customers, thus negating all together their company motto of "Have it Your Way"... or is it just lack of brains? How come all the other Burger Kings in the area can get it right?
