I placed an order for $102.14 on 05/26/2011 with BulkfoodsDOTcom. Just hours later, upon receipt of an email that it was ready to ship, I realized that they had input an incorrect SHIP TO address. I immediately called BulkfoodsDOTCOM to request that they correct the information before the order shipped, speaking with David who refused to help in any way because ""we are going home for the day. We're closing"" Though I stridently begged that he intercept the order before it shipped he would not help, but said they would fix it the next day. Next I emailed BulkfoodsDOTcom a detailed description identifying the problem, and the needed resolution. The next day BulkfoodsDOTcom responded via email saying that they were not going to rectify the problem, would ship to the address I had indicated, which is not true (see below), and that they would charge me to make any changes. I told them to cancel the order and refund my money which they have refused to do.
The representatives of BulkfoodsDOTcom were callous, unreceptive, and unwilling to hear or to help, though intervention on their part would have quickly resolved what is now a significant matter-- one in which I the consumer, and their would be customer, have been slighted and am being ask to bear the burden for multiple negligences on the part of BulkfoodsDOTcom.
I want the order cancelled and all monies paid refunded, but per the other Citysearch reviews, this may not be easy.
