Bug Out gets the bugs out! 5/20/2014

I've been using Bug Out Service of West Florida for a long time, more than ten years, and I recommend them all the time! All of them, from Mr. Tate to the techs to Lee, are so nice. When there's a problem, they're here right away. There's no song and dance. They take care of it right away. They're honest and dependable, and they do a great job! more

Excellent Mosquito misting system and service! 5/7/2014

When we first moved into our house, my children couldn't even play in the yard because of the mosquito infestation. Bug out came and installed a misting system. In less than a day the Mosquitos were gone! They have excellent service!!! more

Totally professional service 4/29/2014

I have been a Bug-Out customer since 2004 for both termite and pest control protection. I am always impressed with the professionalism and conduct of their employees. In 2012, our house burned and when Dwight and Lillian found out about this, they literally shut their business down for an afternoon and came and helped us salvage items from our house. That is just the kind of people they are. And anytime I have had a problem with pests, all I have to do is pick up the phone and call them and the problems is resolved. Professionalism, courtesy and service beyond and above - that is what Bug-Out is all about. more

Exceptional 4/22/2014

I had been working with Bug Out Service since 2003 and they do not only do my termite protection but also bug stuff inside and outside the house. First and foremost, they have been very effective and secondly, the people that come to do the work are always very professional, always on time, and very thorough. more

Very professional and knowledgeable company 3/4/2014

I cannot express how professional and great they are to work with. We have always been very pleased attentiveness and response provided by Bug Out. We have found their prices to be very reasonable along with a wealth of knowledge. The employees are very personable as well as caring about customer service. Not just doing a good job but caring to go out of your way to do a good job ! more

Always dependable, helpful, and very, very friendly. 2/14/2014

Each time we've had a problem (and even when we haven't), Bug Out of West Florida have come out and handled things. They also upgrade our system and put in anything that's new for us. When we had hits or swarms, they were right here on top of it. more

They're the best! 2/12/2014

Bug Out Service of West Florida is the best! We use them for both our business and home in Milton and Gulf Beach and saved us big time. They came in and put down five traps for termites. Four other companies came and looked at the problem but we chose Bug Out because they were the best in quality and affordability and they get the job done. Bug Out seemed to know more, than the four other companies, that termites travel big time and will find the bait and bring it back to the queen. Another thing we like about Bug Out is that when we call, they show up the same day so they're fast, reliable, and good. more
