Horrible experience !!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2/16/2012

My experience at this location has soured me toward your business forever. I will be letting everyone I come in contact with know. On 02/15/12 I and several members of my Masonic lodge after a meeting decided to go get something to eat and a few of them wanted to have a few cocktails . We went to where we saw room at the bar area. We have been there several times before with bigger crowds after meetings. The waiter short in stature fellow. Unfriendly asked us for all our IDs (not even saying hello). I understand to drink you have to show state issued Id so we all did. One of the members that were with us was informed by the rude waiter that his ID was expired. He was shocked but he was fine with it due to the fact that he was not a drinker anyway. We were then told that because one of our numbers had an expired license that we had to move out of the bar to a crowded little corner of the restaurant. That was unacceptable because we picked the spot because it could accommodate us. So we refused to move. The waiter I watched came to a couple that was seated after us and the male looked young and he took their beer order WITHOUT ID CHECK. After he took their order he proceeded to go to his manger and they came over together and first words that came from the manager were “so are yall going to move or what”? I tried to explain to the manager that the individual in question which was one out of seven were not drinking I don’t feel the whole group should be kicked out of the bar area. After a long debate the manager asked us to leave as if a big scene was being made. Which we were very low in voice, due to we were already in embarrassed in the way the manager was talking to us. We left and the manager followed us out as if we were going to cause a riot. i will never go to a Buffalo Wing Wings AGAIN!!! more

Great Wings, Bad take out service 1/31/2009

I live just a few blocks from the Midtown location, and have frequented there several times. The wings are great, but don't dare try to order anything in advance for Super Bowl Sunday! They are usually OK, but this time they backed up on me like a toilet! On top of it all, they charged a 20% gratuity!!!\r \r Normally I would not hesitate to tip least 20%, but for great service. But to be served with nothing but attitude and then to be slapped with the mandatory 20% gratuity was just insulting! Please share your views. I know it is Super Bowl sunday, but really! Pros: Great wings, lots of big screens to view, great crowd, wait staff are great Cons: Really poor customer service, Must leave tip for take out staff to simply do their jobs! more

Casual, fun place with great food 9/17/2007

Great set-up with lots of seating, TV's and great food. Fast service and happy staff. Close to everything in midtown to walk. I went after a few beers at Little Woodrows and enjoyed the experience. more

Best Buffalo Wild Wings 12/14/2006

The service staff at the Midtown Buffalo Wild Wings is by far the best. They are courteous, friendly, and timely. The food is far better than any of the other BW3s in town. The only thing that's bad is parking, but other than that, there is no place in town I would rather go for wings and sports. Pros: food, service, sports, bartenders Cons: parking, bums more
