I ordered an order to go one evening, they said itd take 30 minutes and i sat there for over an hour, for 20 wings, that came out cold, were spongy, not the right amount, and the poor girl working take out was slammed with all the phones ringing and a line out the door no one was helping her and i spotted what seemed to be a manager in the hallway just talking and laughing with people having a great time completely unaware of what his employees needed, i couldnt be mad at her so i asked for a manager which was sure enough that guy, she came back out and said when she told him people were upset and wanna see him he rolled his eyes and walked away, I tracked him down and told him how horrible that is for customer service and he responded with ""well what do you want me to do?"" WOW i said nothing, i dont want money back or a coupon, i want you to know what a horrible manager you are and that girl in take out needs a raise and protion to your job cause youre not doing it right and shes working harder than you. he still had nothing to say. the next time i went they gave us the incorrect amount and no ranch and didnt realize till we got home, didnt even eat. im never going back its horrible and gross.
