I was trying to find a whole house special, and Budget Furniture was the best store I found in all Milwaukee, they gave me a very good deal. The young lady that works there told me that my delivery was between 5-7 and that they would call me before the delivery and they did exactly that. I love it!! and I love my new furniture!! more

I promised the manager if I get my stuff on time I would write this review. I purchased from them a bedroom set and it was $300 cheaper than the other stores. I give them 5 stars. I loved the bedroom set also more

This is the worst place ever!. I feel so stupid for shopping in a place like this. I had a very similar expereince as the other customer. I ordered a bed for my daughter paid for it in full and received the run around for 21 days and never received my product. They set a date for delivery and never came. When i called the store they never answer their phone. They gave me every excuse in the book . It was a fight to get my money back. please dont shop there more

I wish I would have never went to these LIARS..they promised my furniture will be delivered on a certain date between 5-7..they called me at 9:30pm saying that some of my stuff was damaged..Not to mention the delivery guys smelled like liqour..and one of them fell down my stairs..they told me they could not get my couch upstairs because it was too big..I should have measured my hallway first..luckily I was able to leave it in the downstairs neigbor apt..WHEN THEY LEFT ME AND MY WIFE GOT IT UPSTAIRS...Mike told me to go into store the next day and pick out a FREE gift for my trouble..when I went to store the next day..the sales guy Ahmar only wanted to give me an ugly rug..he promised my things would be delivered the next friday..which it was not..they then said that my stuff was on back order??...AND THEY STILL WANTED ME TO PAY A DELIVERY FEE..WELL I STILL DID NOT GET OTHER THINGS..I TOLD THEM TO FORGET IT..THEY DONT HAVE TO EVER WORRY ABOUT SEEING ME IN THERE STORE AGAIN. I bought a complete bedroom set from Budget Furniture at 1207 w. Vliet st. The salesman was very cute and nice I even remember his name ""Sammy"". He treat me very very good and gave me the cheapest price not only on the whole block but all of Milwaukee. Their delivery is very fast, when I purchased my stuff I left there to my home, I was really suprise by finding their truck at infront of my building!!\r They have many style of bedrooms and livingrooms with great deal of tables and lamps...they have very cheap price and perfect customer serivce.\r I will recommend it to you!!!!!!! Pros: Customer service Cons: Parking more
