Buddy's Under The Hood

I called Buddy's because my brakes were grinding, I didn't want to take it to the chain places. He said bring it in the next day and he would see what it needed. He looked my car over then called me explained the problem, gave me the estimate and said he would have the major brake job and my 90k service done same day. I liked that he didn't charge me for things like an air filter when I didn't need one yet, the dealer had replaced mine that was brand new because ""it is done with this service"". Best of all, the price came in under his quote. Didn't talk down to me as a woman, felt like he was doing the work needed but not sneaking extra services and telling me I needed them. I will bring my car back for major service, his hours don't work for my minor ones. Pros: Honest staff, quick turn around Cons: Hours are a little bad more

I won't use another mechanic. I am very pleased with the work that has been done on our vehicles. This is a family run business and it shows. They are courteous, friendly and reputable. They go that extra mile to make sure that my vehicles are fixed properly. Honest and hard working mechanics who focus on safety and that of my family's. We have had a multitude of issues with our vehicles this past year. Buddy's Under The Hood was recommended as a reputable and very customer friendly automotive repair shop. This shop is the first I have visited that treats you like family. They care about the type of work that they do and they make sure it's done right the first time. They go above and beyond to take care of any problem. I feel very comfortable taking my cars in and will continue to use them when I need them. I am very satisfied with their work. i pulled my 96 chevy 1 ton in, running horrible. my gas mileage was bad and my service enging soon light was on. i was treated very professionaly, the price was less than I expected. they also took the time to explain the problem and the remedy.
