It was suggested by a friend that I explore this saddle shop. \r Needing directions I googled it and read some sour revues and hesitated after the bad revues. So I went there prepared to give them some of their own medacine. I stumbled in the wrong door and was greeted by the wide eyed owner. She dusted me off and welcomed me as a first timer. Everyone was so cordial and readly available to help. I roamed & roamed and at every turn I was pleasently surprised. Before leaving I inquired as to if there was a simular shop nearby- because I must have been in the wrong place. This place was terrific. Sour pusses, I hope that you find your happy place . more

I have shopped here for over 10 years, and it has been a pleasure! I am greeted by name upon arrival, and all of the employees are extremely knowledgable and ready to help me find what I need. If they do not have what I am looking for, they pull out a catalog and place an order for me immediately. The prices are reasonable, albeit you may find the items a bit less expensive at huge on line stores that do not have a big overhead cost...however for a local store, they carry just about everything you need for your horse(s), and it is a pleasure to shop here. more

I have been going to this place since I was a kid, I grew up riding horses in Philadelphia and this was the ONLY tack shop for awhile. Well, let me tell you, if you have bottomless pockets be my guest but otherwise you're going to pay way too much for new things and the used stuff that's ok to re-use will be massively over priced. It's painful to go here, I even know the owner personally and won't go there anymore. You can stand at the checkout counter for awhile if there is someone there one of the associates knows. Oh, and the associates tend to be the rudest people around. Once I was looking at boots with a friend and we got pretty much bitched out of the store by an associate who claimed we were 'disturbing the store'...we weren't talking above a very very low murmur. Not a store I recommend to go to. more

As I see from other users, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am also out of California and received terrible service from them! I paid over $116.00 to have a saddle 2 day air shipped to me. I placed the order first thing Thursday morning and did not receive my saddle till Tuesday of the following week, that is 6 days. I placed a Dover order later the same day and received it before them and paid $25.00 for their shipping. I called and requested that they split the cost with me and they rudely, argued and said that I miss informed them! I told her I needed the saddle in 2 days, which to ME equals 2 days, she said I SHOULD have said I need in by Saturday night, then they would have charged me more! I finally had to hang up on her. Do NOT do business with this company! Not to mention, my saddle showed up packed wrong and there were scratches on the seat! Cons: Advertised online for saddles they didn't have and said they had in stock, lied on shipping, can't take responsibility more

Today i went to the Bucks County Saddlery in Buckingham and like usual the empolyees didn't even look to my service. Not only do they have terrible service they are extremly rude. I stood infront of them at the counter for 20 minutes before they acknowledged that i was there. I do not recommend this saddle shop. Go to the horsemans outlet they are cheaper and much more friendly. more
