In all of my 30 years of working in the manufacturing industry, both low tech and high tech, and in all of my years of owning several homes, I have never experienced such frustration with a vendor. From the very start, approximately 3 years ago, Buckley has been unaccommodating in every aspect my dealings with them. First, and foremost, they NEVER return a phone call. Second, they are impossible to schedule. Lastly, the $7,000 plus CAT 5 hurricane windows that were installed are continually popping springs! Buckley's response is ""Too bad. Here's the number of a guy who repairs that."" To the tune of $275 a pop!
