Best Jeweler in the World..no question!! 4/13/2011

Joe Bucci has been my go to guy for over 8 years now. I'm in the US Navy, and Joe has hooked me up all over the world. I lived in Guam for almost 3 years, and Joe and his people were absolutely wonderful. I was able to order my wife's engagement ring with a phone call and a picture. Just recently he fixed a bracelet of mine and mailed it to me down here in Florida. You will not find better Products, Prices, or People anywhere else in the world, believe me, I've looked! When you walk into Bucci Jewelers, you're treated like you're family. They can do everything, and WILL do everything to make sure you get exactly what you want, how you want, and for the best price around. I will not use another jeweler ever again. BUCCI IS THE BEST! more

Like no other! 4/13/2011

When I was recommended Bucci's Jewelers I did not hesitiate. That afternoon, I had received several pictures of products and was so pleased that I got in the car the very next day and drove over 6 hours from RI to see this guy. I thought I needed the hands-on experience so an all day excursion was worth it, however, the quality they showcase, I will simply pick up the phone next time. I 100% trust their quality and how they back their product. Bottom line, they are unmatched!!!! Both my fiance and myself can not be happier we chose Bucci's. more

Worth the trip from New Jersey. 4/11/2011

I live in South Jersey. My sister recommended Bucci Jewelers to me when I decided I wanted to get engaged. It was definitely worth the drive. Joe made everything so easy for me. He took the time to explain what I should be looking for, even if I didn't buy from him. I told him what I wanted and he went out and got it. The ring is beautiful. The whole process was so easy. I will definitely use Bucci for the wedding rings as well. more

Let me start by saying that I know next to nothing about jewelry, let alone an engagement ring. I live in New Jersey and I was referred to Joe by a friend of mine over a year ago when I was looking for a piece of jewelery for my girlfriend. I met Joe and he found me the perfect ring with her birth stone and she loved it. When it came time to make a much larger, more important purchase, I went back to Joe and he basically took it from there. I gave him an crude description of what I had in mind and he custom designed a beautiful ring that my fiancee cannot take her eyes off of. It gets countless compliments and I feel very proud and satisfied with my choice. Besides designing and making a beautiful, one of a kind ring, Joe was there to explain every step of the process with me from how to spot impurities in the diamond to color scale to GIA certifications and everything else in between. Efficient, peronalized service! I love my rings!!!! 4/4/2011

I had a fantastic experience with Bucci Jewelers. I purchased 9 rings (amethyst surrounded by diamonds, with a thin band diamond band). These will be my bridesmaids' gifts (one for myself). I was thrilled with such personalized, efficient service. I have received about 100 compliments after only 4 days of wearing the ring. It is so beautiful; I can?t stop looking at my hand. Joe and his employees were sincere, helpful and responsive to my request. He costume made these rings from a vision I had. They were even more beautiful than what I had dreamed up! A friend of mine has the most gorgeous engagement ring and wedding band, and I would always compliment her on it. She said it was from Bucci's and to definitely visit him when we were in the market for jewelry. So, after I got engaged, my fiancee and I went right to Joe's to look for wedding bands. \r \r Joe's reputation is stellar, and I can now see why. He is a total class act and the most down to earth/ accommodating guy. He helped me create my dream wedding band, and even more importantly, stay within our budget. \r \r To tell you what a class act he is- he actually talked me out of having more diamonds on my band bc he thought a little less looked better!!!!! Wedding Bands 3/20/2011

We recently went back to Bucci's for our wedding bands. Without knowing exactly what I wanted, Joe picked a ring out of the case and I immediately knew it was the one. He made other suggestions but I knew his first pick was perfect! Joe had our rings ready in no time and gave us a great deal since we were returning customers. Save time and go to Bucci's first 3/18/2011

I was referred to Bucci's and went there to see firsthand if the experience would live up to my expectations, and it did. Joe was extremely helpful and equally professional. I was convinced I had to look no further after my first visit to the store. Instead of the stores where you may walk in feeling like you're just taking a number, Joe is a wealth of knowledge and takes his time extending his expertise individually to his customers. I couldn't ask for an easier time and I appreciate Joe's attention and advice. What could have been a long process, turned out to be an enjoyable experience and limited my shopping to one stop. The Best Around 3/17/2011

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Bucci Jewelers. I live in Virginia and Joe was very pleasant to work with. I sent him a picture of the ring that I would like made and told him the modifications that I would like done to it. He made the ring better than what I was picturing in my head. Highly recommended! 3/10/2011

I recently got engaged and I absolutely love my ring! My then-boyfriend and I went to Bucci's when we were shopping around for rings. Joe was very down-to-earth and didn't pressure us at all- he even encouraged us to look around at other places, because he was that confident in the prices and quality of his jewelry. I can be very picky, and Joe was very accomodating. Needless to say, my fiance did go back to Bucci's to purchase the ring. The diamond sparkles like crazy, and I've already gotten so many compliments. Since my finger was between sizes, the band was a little on the large size when I first got it. I went back to Bucci's and they added some metal to the band to make it fit better, all while I waited. I would definitely recommend Bucci's! more

Yesterday, I picked up my wedding/engagment ring that Joe made for me. He used my original diamond and rubies and made the most unique and wonderful ring. When I walk in to Bucci's, I feel like I am walking into a friend's home. Joe and Dawn are quite simply the best. The quality of their jewelry is second to none and their prices are unparalled. I have been to many jewelers and none are anywhere close to Bucci's league. I would never even think of going anywhere else..not even for repairs.In addition, anytime there is any sort of benefit or fundraising effort in the community, Joe is ALWAYS quick to lend a hand & to step up with a donation. My husband won't go anywhere else 2/18/2011

I wanted a "mother's bracelet" for Christmas, but didn't like any I had seen. My husband went to Joe and he created a beautiful bracelet that I love. I couldn't think of a better design and get compliments on it all the time. That is not the only piece of jewelry my husband has gotten there. I have many necklaces and earrings from there as well & love everyone of them. more

A Ten Star Job 2/17/2011

I would like to share this story with everyone, because Joe Bucci made my friend's dream come true.\r \r Many years ago my friend Joann cut out a picture of a ring out of a magazine. She always told me "one day I will take all the diamonds from my mom's rings that she left to me, and make this ring". As a gift for her I took the diamonds and the mere one inch by one inch picture to Joe Bucci. I didn't know how anyone could recreate this ring from such a small image, but was amazed at the job he did. Not only was the ring more beautiful than I could have imagined from the picture in the magazine, but I have never met a more wonderful and kind person. He was not just interested in the work, but in the story that went with it. I feel like he is family. I would recomend Bucci Jewelers to anyone and everyone that wants an amazing piece of jewelery made. Five stars does not seem nearly enough for this ten star man. more

Primo product and service 2/14/2011

What more can I say other then the title of my review? a lot, actually..Within the first 5 minutes of meeting Joe, he already knew exactly what I needed. It was almost as if he was a Jedi. I went in with a concept and idea, and then he made it happen without any issue. Not only did i walk away with a better deal, cut and diamond then I ever thought I would get.. I also walked away with the piece of mind that my hard earned dollars were going to a Gentleman and a pro. and oh by the way my wife gets to brag (in the finest sense of the word) about how she "has a bucci" and if you dont know, you need to learn. All very simple stuff after it's in Joe's hands. He even hooked me up with a great insurance agent that insured the ring so i can go back to Joe if i ever am in need of replacing... my insurance company (USAA) wanted to try to tell me they would "mail" me a new diamond if i ever needed their help.. um, NO. Go to Joe he has you in his best interests. more
