Treated Like Family 11/23/2011

Bucci's Jewelers and Design is amazing! He custom designed and engraved my husbands wedding band. I couldn't find anyone where I lived in North Carolina to do this (especially for a fair price) but Joe didn't hestitate. He really took care of us and treated us like family. My husband is in the military and we only had a week for him to try on the ring but it was too big, I sent it back and they resized it and sent it overnight. The quality is incredible! We now live in Lousisiana but will always use them for our jeweler! more

Love My New Setting 11/14/2011

I went to Bucci Jewelers for a new setting for my engagement ring. While I gave Joe some ideas about what I was looking for, I was having a hard time visualizing what the ring would look like. Joe knew exactly what to do and designed a beautiful setting for me. The ring is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Bucci Jewelers. more

Custom rings in Houston, TX!! 11/9/2011

I have been buying all my jewelry from Bucci Jewelers my whole life because he has the best craftsmanship, design and prices I have ever seen. So when I was planning on buying an engagement ring it wasn't a question as to where I was going. The only catch is that I moved to Houston, TX which would have made a very long commute! I called Joe to see what he was able to do. He asked me a few questions as to what my girlfriend wanted then made the perfect custom ring. He made the process seamless and easier than if I went to his shop. We were so pleased that we went back to him for her wedding band which was excellent as well. I highly recommend Bucci Jewelers for any of your needs, even if you aren't local to them! more

100% recommend. No pressure, no rush. 10/19/2011

I visited Bucci's store in the spring of 2011. Fortunate for me, he was the first jeweler I visited for engagement ring shopping. I told him I knew nothing about rings, and he proceeded to give me a crash course on the basics - color, cut, clarify, etc. One thing I initially noticed was that Joe was personable, took his time, and I did not feel rushed or pushed at all. After my first visit to Bucci's, I proceeded to make the rounds around Jeweler's row in downtown Philly. I can honestly say none of the experiences with those jewelers favored comparably. Not all of them had GIA diamonds, some had way too long of a wait, and a few were simply too out there. I gave my contact info to all of them and not one followed up with me. Joe was the only one who called me back, in fact. I made a few return trips to Bucci's and I never felt pressured. Before I pulled the trigger on the Rock, I inquired to Joe about buying a larger diamond with more carats, possibly even out of my price rang more

I love Joe Bucci 9/28/2011

I wanted a wedding band that was unique and that did not look like the boring, cookie-cutter designs seen in other stores. Joe worked with me to design a beautiful ring that I absolutely LOVE. Joe and his staff are friendly, professional, easy to work with, and go out of their way to make you happy. The quality of the diamonds used in his work are amazing, and his prices are very reasonable. If you want crap, go buy your ring at the mall. If you want fabulous, go to Joe Bucci! more

Joe Bucci is amazing! We have been going to Joe for all our big purchases (engagement ring, wedding bands, anniversary ring, necklaces, bracelets, etc...) for years. He was recommended to us, and we, in turn, have recommended him to all our friends. He's curtious, patient, and knowledgeable. Best of all, everything appraises for more than we paid! Can't beat that! more

Joe was able to find just what I needed, and I couldn't be happier with our purchase.\r \r Joe's commitment to pleasing his customers and his personal service shine even brighter than the BEAUTIFUL diamonds and jewelry he sells--if that's even possible !!! And talk about diamonds--he sold us what I think is "the most beautiful, spectacular, brilliant diamond in the world," and at a very reasonable price, too. Best Jeweler!!!! 9/13/2011

We couldn?t find the perfect words express how Joe and his staff have made us so happy. My fiancé and I have been engagement ring shopping for over two years. We have been to jewelry store after jewelry store; we had looked at so many different rings, we thought we would never find the ring that I wanted. I finally found a designer ring I loved, but was out of our price range. So I contacted Bucci Jeweler?s and asked Joe if he could make me my designer ring in my price range. I sent Joe a picture of the ring and he promptly responded telling me that yes he could make it and keep me in my price range. Within a week my fiancé and I were in the store talking to Joe, so he could get more information on the ring. We both knew within minutes of talking to Joe he was the one to make our ring. Great Place and Great People 9/12/2011

I purchased my fiancee's engagement ring from Joe in June and could not be more happy with it. He was straightforward with the whole process and was always willing to meet my needs. I really wanted two little sidestones mounted where it seemingly could not be done, but he had two metal triangular designs put on so that the two extra stones could be affixed. Also, Bucci is always willing to help with maintenance, cleaning, and all kinds of value-adds that most places nickel and dime for. Pricing is competitive for a jewelry store and definitely below chain-retail levels. Joe literally gave me his cell number so that I could reach him whenever, which you would never get at a chain or larger store. Dawn (sp?) is also really great to work with. Definitely highly recommended! more

By combining customer service, attention to detail, and his creative ability to turn a dream into a reality, he is unquestionably a Jewelry Genius. My wife and I had an idea of an engagement ring, and Bucci turned that idea into a ring that my wife LOVES! All of the work is done on site, which is great considering the person you discussed your ideas to is also the one who is going to bring it to reality. Over the years we have sent many people into Bucci's for their jewelry needs, and everyone walks away amazed at their experience. One of my favorite things about shopping at or referring people to Bucci's is that Joe and Dawn are two of the nicest people out there, in any business. Joe Bucci is the best! My daughter in laws engagement and wedding bands are gorgeous. Joe and Dawn are always there to assist you, and no matter how difficult you think a design is going to be Joe can always come up with a beautiful unique piece of jewelry from your ideas. Joe is also a big supporter of our community. He is a warm, friendly, caring young man with a heart of GOLD! He always lends a hand for many causes. My grandson Tanner was born with a rare syndrome. For three years now he has designed a beautiful diamond horseshoe necklace for his benefit. He has helped many families . We love you Bucci Jewelers! more

Hands Down The Best Jeweler In Town! 8/8/2011

Joe was great in helping me pick out the perfect engagement ring. I had no idea what anything was or meant. He helped make something extremely nerve racking seem like a walk in the park. He was there anytime I needed a question answered and was more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He opened early and stayed late to accommodate my schedule. My new Fiance is the happiest woman in the world thanks to Joe and his team! I would recommend Joe to anyone whether it be a first time buyer or a pro. more

Perfect experience! 8/4/2011

I was shopping around for an engagement ring at several different stores for a few weeks. I went to Joe Bucci in essentially the 9th inning and immediately felt comfortable talking about different options and custom ideas my girlfriend had in mind. It was an straight up, honest, no pressure, no games conversation which was a HUGE change of pace from the ?sales? conversations I was dealing with at many other stores. I had planned on proposing during an upcoming trip to Greece and Joe was more than willing to stay at his shop later on some days while I raced there after work to talk about next steps and review options. Long story short, he did an AMAZING job making a custom band, and it looks PERFECT with the diamond we picked out. I honestly couldn?t be happier with the experience and the end result. Perfect solution 8/3/2011

I have very large knuckles and need to wear a 6 1/4 ring size to even get my ring over my knuckles, which leaves a lot of space where my ring sits. My fiance gave me the most beautiful ring from Bucci jewelers, but was disappointed to see it always turned to one side instead of straight. Joe came up with the best solution, to put a diving board underneath the ring to make it tight, but still managable to take off. I'm so happy with the way it turned out, it's completely concealed and now my ring doesnt spin! When I picked it up, they had it cleaned and looking just as beautiful as the day my fiancee proposed. Things like that go a long way! The customer service is always the best, and Joe makes it his priority to please his customers. We will definately be getting our wedding bands from Joe, and will continue to shop at his place for jewelry. I recommend all my friends and family to Bucci Jewelers! more
