The Best of the Best 10/27/2013

Amazing Jeweler! We have always been treated with the best service and care when we go there, which goes to create a very comfortable and warm environment. Joe Bucci took all of the information out there on buying rings and explained it all in a very understandable way. He then went on to work with my husband to create an unique and beautiful engagement ring. Joe Bucci and his team really are the best out there. They truly care about making sure the customer is happy, and does what it takes to ensure that happens. more

It really doesn't get better than Joe Bucci and his team. My husband went there after a recommendation he received from his father. Joe took time to explain the different qualities of diamonds, and made sure Daryl was comfortable in knowing what made each one different. They then worked together to create a beautiful ring, which I absolutely love. I still go in to have my rings cleaned. Every time I go in, I'm always greeted with warmth and happiness. It creates such a nice and comfortable environment. They've always taken the time to thoroughly answer any questions I have and give the upmost service. Joe Bucci always wants to see his customers happy and does what it takes to make that happen. Many thanks to them for all they do! more

8 years ago, my fiance went to see Joe on the word of a friend. He only had an idea of what type of engagment ring I wanted. Joe took the idea that Chris gave him and created a amazingly beautiful 3 stone engagement ring that surpassed anything I could have asked for. The quality of the diamonds are first rate and over the years I received many compliments. Our wedding is now 10/12/13, we went in to see Joe about 2 weeks ago, he showed me some rings, and helped my find the perfect wedding band, it as if the two rings were made for each other. The rings will be ready tomorrow and I so can't wait to see them. I highly recommend Joe and will certianly back soon for some more beautiful pieces to add to my collection. more

Wonderful Experience 9/3/2013

From start to finish, Joe was on top of everything. He helped me through some of the beginning uncertainties all the way to the final product. Ok, guys. Forget the all the other names in Philly and Delaware that you are thinking about going to. I went there first and left unsatisfied. I arrived at Bucci's and received a personal experience. I knew what I wanted, and at the other jewelers, they tried to find something similar to the ring I was showing them. Joe Bucci took one look at the picture and said he would make it for me and guaranteed it. The result was absolutely stunning. I am not a jewelry type guy, and I was a little surprised at how excited I was about this ring after I saw the end result. Just beautiful. Great experience. Thank you, Joe! more

Joe did an AMAZING job on my custom black diamond skull ring! Although I did not partake in the design process (it was a surprise for me), I was told that he really took the time to make sure that every detail is perfect, especially for a ring style that he had never made before. Joe is an awesome, honest and genuinely caring guy, and I am lucky to have the pleasure of knowing him and his family from yoga and jiujitsu. Plus...he Mr. Miyagi-ed my tweaking elbow while in his store, so, definitely a well rounded guy. Although I am not really a jewelry person, I am very proud to be rocking a custom Bucci ring. I highly recommend him; I don't think you'll come across another jewelry store (or business in general), that would care so much about what you need. more

Joe did a fantastic job explaining everything and was upfront and honest about the timing and cost, which is very helpful guys with little jewelry background. Joe is a true professional. After a friend recommended Joe, I went in to talk to him about making a custom setting for my fiancé. He took the time to go through the details and showed me computer generated models of what the ring would look like to make sure that it was exactly what I wanted. Needless to say, Joe came through with a ring that was exactly what I wanted. He stands behind his work and you can be sure that he is being fair and straight forward, which is hard to find in a jeweler at times. Thanks Joe! more

Could not be happier with my engagement experience thanks to Joe. Stopped in with the future fiance and he explained all of the different options when it comes to choosing a diamond. She had a setting picked out from a custom website from california. When i showed it to Joe, he said he could create the same exact setting and when I picked up the ring I found out he was a man of his word. Will definitely go back in the future for the bands.
