Our Experiences in Property Management 9/13/2010

Horrible experiences are when we pay owners there rental proceeds before the end of the month and a repair comes up and we have to front the money for the property owner and have to wait for the following month to be reimbursed by the rent collected and we do not charge a fee for advancements in repairs. We can not let the tenant wait for the repairs to be done. There is not a set date to when rental proceeds are to be mailed or deposited if this is a concern it should be addressed prior to signing any management agreement. If you had been charge twice for a management fee email our office let's see if we can make this right if we have not already (Storm6699). more

Horrible Prop Mgmt 6/5/2009

I had a horrible experience with this mgmt company also. They were very helpful in the beginning managing my property, but I was the one who found a renter and they do nothing to manage the property except receive the rent. The rent is due to them by the 5th of the month, but I wouldnt receive the rent in my account until typically the 29th or 30th of the month. They said this was their process. Pros: Helpful at first Cons: Worst property mgmt I have ever encountered more

AWFUL 8/10/2005

These people are EXTREMELY hard to get in touch with, NEVER call you back, NEVER put anything in writing, and SCREW you! Terrible, terrible, terrible managers. Would NEVER let anyone I know live in one of their properties. Cons: Overpriced, Incooperative, Unprofessional more
