Wow, what a great personality…very nice, quite knowledgeable and professional, very impressed that he introduced himself with his "bio flyer" handed it to me, as he walked into our condo to greet me. Other Serv. Techs that have come to my condo in previous years, never do this, nor most times, never introduce themselves..I have to ask their name. He was quite thorough and informative to me with his entire inspection in our inside and outside units. I had several questions to ask him concerning our future "upkeep" of our 2014 Amana Unit and he answered all questions with a "fantastic" attitude and smile…very professional with his actions throughout the entire appointment time. Brothers is VERY LUCKY to have Elliot working for them. I will CERTAINLY BE REQUESTING Elliot for all of my future service needs for our 2014 Amana Split System Heat Pump. Plumbing 9/1/2015

We have been a long time preferred customer and believe the service has been suffering of late. We have had an issue with our grinder pump for the past several months. Brothers has been out on 2 or 3 occasions to correct the problem. Unfortunately, it was misdiagnosed and never fixed correctly. Marvin came and fixed the problem and has somewhat restored our confidence in Brothers. more

Kent C. Upstairs A/C 7/27/2015

Kent C visited our home 3 times in an ongoing effort to repair our upstairs A/C. He was thorough and diligently checked the system in order to identify what damage had been done by a power surge. He was professional, personable and truly dedicated to his work. The A/C is running now after Kent replaced the many damaged parts and we are grateful for his attentive service. more

Brothers Heating and Air 7/27/2015

I appreciate the excellent service and courtesy from the Brothers technicians who have served me with both plumbing and HVAC issues since 2003 and have previously been satisfied with the products I bought from Brothers. . However, I am completely dissatisfied with the new downstairs heat pump/air handler that I purchased in March 2014. It has already failed twice - January 2015, when it took 4 days to order and replace a control board, and then again on Saturday evening, July 25, 2015when I had no air conditioning. The technician checked it on Sunday and said that a blower motor needs to be ordered, yet another part that is not kept in stock for quick repairs. I now learn that this part will not be in until Tuesday, July 28, another day of waiting in the 90+ degree heat. I have been a Premium Maintenance Club Member since 2003 but it doesn't seem to be an advantage when repairs are needed or parts must be obtained. The system is under full warranty but I believe I have purchased a real lemon in this new system. The issue is not money but the time and inconvenience of these frequent failures on a system just over a year old. I asked the technician about replacing the air handler but he said he did not believe the company would do that. I did not find contact information on the web site and am not sure with whom I should discuss this concern. more

With the temperature outside near 100 degrees, of course my a/c decides to not work properly. I called Brother's and they sent Elliot out the next day. He did a great job diagnosing the problem and making sure I had cooling until the next day when the necessary part came in. Then worked late into the evening to put it in. Very courteous, efficient, and professional. I was more than pleased with the service I received. more

Superb Customer Service and Knowledge 6/15/2015

Unfortunately, we had a recurring problem with a new air conditioning unit. After a few service calls, Elliot was the one to finally be able to diagnose the specific cause of our problem. Not only did he call to find the part that was required, but he also asked the provider to please set it aside for us since he wouldn't be able to get there before business hours were over. Elliot also took a generous amount of time to explain the service plan to us and how it could be beneficial. We thank Brothers for their many years of good service and we are especially pleased with the friendly, hard-working, and knowledgeable staff that they employ, such as Elliot. more

excellent service 6/12/2015

John Boykin is a superb technician. He worked late in the evening to find the leak in my ac system -getting soaked in the rain. Since it was so late he could not get the parts to fix then but promised to call in the am with options and cost. True to his word he called before noon the next day having located the parts and gave me 2 options with firm prices. I made my choice and the new unit was installed by Jon the next day. He is very through and makes sure everything is working properly. I will ask for him when ever I need service. Thank you John. more

The work I hand performed by this technician was to inspect my air scrubber lamb and replace the bulb if required. The technician was very courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He took his time to explain everything to me and replaced the bulb and checked its operation. I definitely would recommend him and Brothers Air/Heat. Brothers Air/Heat are NOT going to be the cheapest company out there; but work is second to none. If you want the work done correctly the first time then this is the company to call.... more

Outstanding Service 5/21/2015

Elliot serviced my air conditioner this week after the condensation drain clogged and water went everywhere. He arrived on time, was very professional and friendly. He identified and fixed the problem and presented my options. There was no high pressure selling, only courteous and thorough service. I was so impressed, I decided to purchase a service contract, when he told me I could request he be the person to come out whenever I need additional work. Thank you very much. more

Brothers Air and Heat Service 4/21/2015

The technician associated with Brothers Air and Heating serviced our unit and was very professional. My husband and I were scheduled for a tune-up on the air conditioner unit but there was a problem. The unit would not even come on. The technician worked until he found what was wrong. Another company had not connected wires correctly from a previous heating unit's installation. We were afraid of getting a huge repair bill or even worse, having to get a new air conditioner unit. The Brothers technician worked tirelessly to get our problem fixed. We were very satisfied! I have also used Brothers at my rental house for over 15 years and I trust them completely. Thank you Brothers and Maynor Niz, (the technician) for everything! more

Andrew Abbuhl did a great job while servicing our air conditioning system this year. He was very courteous and kept us informed as he serviced our system. He installed an upgraded surge protector free of charge and also replaced our shifter which was still under warranty. We were very pleased with his work. Our system is cooling perfectly. more

Jesse B. call ahead and was at my house promptly. He was courteous, and seemed knowledgible. All in all I have no complaints about Jesse he represents his company well. My complaint is the he is obviously instructed to try to "upsell" me something. Last year it was a black light, this time it was some enviromentally friendly lubricant. My system was installed in 2012 by your guys...did you sell me a functionaly obsolete system?? I shouldn't be having to shell out to upgrapde my system so soon if you sold me a quality product in the first place. Quit trying to fleece me!!! more
