Nem nuong!! 8/4/2005

Brodard has perhaps the best "nem nuong" rolls. These are similar to spring rolls, but they use pork instead. Dip the rolls into a special sauce they make and you got heaven. The rolls are $1.25 each, which is extremely cheap. You can even sit down and enjoy other dishes. All their dishes are good. The service is actually pretty decent too. Highly recommended! more

Best Spring Roll Around 7/10/2005

Brodard Restaurant is a fully function restaurant, which offer many wonderful dishes. They got the best spring round all around orange country. I always love to drop by and pick a packed of 4 spring roll for $5.00. Every time I drop by, there is always a line at the take out window. The price there is pretty expensive, but the food is well worth the money. I would recommend everyone to drop by to give it a try. more
