I wish I could give less than 1 star! This was my first apartment in Houston, I moved from Corpus about a year ago. My drug dealer neighbors would stay up almost every night screaming at each other, their baby screaming at the top of his lungs and music blaring until the cops showed up, and some times after. My boyfriend called it " Crack theater" LOL! The walls were so paper thin that I could hear every word they said. After about a month of this unnecessary drama, I complained to the landlord. That same night my neighbor busted my boyfriends car window. NOTHING was done about this because,"I didn't have enough proof" and they said they couldn't guarantee my safety. They have a security guard, but it didn't seem to matter. Maintenance sux!!! My toilet was broken for a week, the kitchen light buzzed loudly and there was a moldy drip above the sink. I complained multiple times. IT wasn't until I started to submit in writing that something was done. The pool looks like it has mildew and the laundry room only had 1working dryer because the others were vandalized and never fixed. No in door washer or dryer. This was the biggest waste of 6 months!

Cons: Everything else!!!
