Brighter Dental Care (Princeton)

I am a big fan of Brighter Dental! I was very upset that at such a young age my gums were deteriorating and receding to the point of discomfort. I went to many dentists and periodontists to try and find a solution, but it wasnt until a personal friend recommended the doctors at Brighter Dental that I actually trusted someone to do the surgery my gums so very badly needed. The doctor treated me like his most important patient. He guided me through the entire experience from the consult explaining what needed to be done, to the actual procedure of letting me know what he was doing and what I would feel before he did it, to the recovery and follow up. He was so thorough in everything he did, I felt comfortable from the second I walked in the door. Not only was I blown away by the doctors ability to be a professional and comforting friend at the same time but I was also impressed by the practice as a whole from the friendly receptionist, to the gentle and sweet nurses to the clean and pristine exam rooms. Brighter Dental was certainly worth the trip! more

I have had a space in my smile all of my life because one adult tooth never grew out of my lower gum in the front. I never thought much about it growing up, although I took some teasing in school from my friends. But when I started law school, I kind of really got fixated on the gap in my smile. I felt that people were focusing on my mouth rather than listening to what I was saying. A friend recommended Brighter Dental and I made an appointment. The Brighter Dental doctors gave me several options and I decided to go with an implant. It amazed me that it didn't hurt, and in a short time I had a permanent replacement tooth on an implant. The implant and a teeth whitening made my smile fantastic. I may not win all my cases, but I sure won by selecting Brighter Dental. Thank you to all of the staff at Brighter Dental. more

After my family and I relocated in the fall, we were faced with the tedious task of finding new doctors and dentists. The fact that my two teenage daughters needed both regular dental work as well as orthodontic, periodontal and endodontic work meant that we would probably need to find several dentists to cover all of our needs. While researching area dentists online, I came across Brighter Dental Care and I was surprised to find that they could take care of all our needs in one office. From our first cleaning visit in October we were made to feel comfortable and welcome in their beautiful office. The girls at the desk as well as all of the support staff in back are always very friendly and helpful. We have since started orthodontic work on Kelly and completed periodontic and endodontic treatments on Emily and have found every dentist to be caring and very thorough. We are thrilled with all the care given and the girls actually look forward to their visits. more

I started going to Brighter Dental after a co-worker recommended them. I did a little online research and talked to the office staff and felt like it was worth a try. I was dissatisfied with my current dentist and anxious to finish some really important dental work. My experience at Brighter Dental has confirmed what my early research showed – they are just the best. The office staff always figures out how to accommodate my complicated schedule and fit me in – even with last minute emergencies. The dentists have been just great. They seem to be up to the minute with new techniques and treatment protocol. I always feel like I’m in good hands. Convenience probably shouldn’t be the reason for picking a medical practice, but the fact they are located 5 minutes from my office has turned out to be a real plus! more

I had the worst experience at this facility. All they want to do is make a big treatment plan and fleece thousands of dollars from you. I had gone there in an emergency and had a harrowing experience. Instead of treating the pain, Dr George was more interested in getting me back in the clinic for root canal and crown procedures. I asked for copy of X-rays for a second opinion and was told that I had to come the next day for a copy as they had only 1 assistant. I called up next day and was told that they had forgotten to tell me that they needed a written request. I had to either fax it or come over to office to fill up a form. Also it will take 7-10 business days to get a copy of X-Rays !!. Please dont go there. more

They have been very good with me. I always feel like I am taken care of here. They give great hygiene advice and explain what happens during any procedures that you may have. more

I was referred to this dentist when I first moved to town. The staff were very friendly and took me right in. I am always satisfied with their services. They give great advice about how to keep up with your oral hygiene. more

I recently switched insurance companies and had to change my dentist. I was given a list of places that were excepted and I decided to go with Brighter Dental Care. My experience went really well. I'm not sure what other peoples expectations are for dentists but mine were met when I came here. more

This place is the pits-- all their 5 star reviews are likely from someone who works there or has a vested interest! Why else have 5 stars for EVERY LOCATION! I doubt the person went to EVERY LOCATION! I don't like places that probably use fake reviews as a marketing tool. If you're so good, you wouldn't need to post fake reviews! And no other place has soooo many reviews. No one LOVES their dentist that much, it's just too fake!\r \r I have actually been here and it was awful. They did some work and it was the worst experience of my life. The work not only hurt, but I believe they messed up. So I was Mad. Mad. Mad. \r \r This is the worst place I have ever been to, and if they were so good, they would not need to post fake reviews and threaten people with lawsuits for saying that they had a bad experience here. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY! I read a review where that person recommended that you go to the local library and ask the librarian for their dentist. Go anywhere but here, go to someone who is recommended by someone who has been around this area!\r \r As mentioned before, now that I have been in this area for awhile, I met people who have been threatened by this place after posting a bad review. They said this place called them and harrassed them. All because of a bad review. Like I said, if they were so good, they wouldn't need to threaten anyone over a bad review. Weirdos!\r more
