As a new patient due to insurance I schedule a routine cleaning appointment. I was told that the first visit would be an evaluation and then I would need to come back for my clean...

TERRIBLE!!! 3/18/2015

Dr. Mazin is awful!! Placed a botched crown and refused to replace the severely damaged crown that was ground down by Dr. Mazin to extremely thin metal before placing it in my mouth. After filing a complaint with my insurance company, he removed me from the practice. For this office, it's all about the money and not your health!!! more

Started well, ended poorly 12/13/2014

Went in for an initial appointment/cleaning. Was given x-rays by a very kind professional tech. Then another per tooth exam by another professional kind tech. The the Dentist came in and simply did an examination. He was rude, condescending, and lacking in professionalism. I felt judged and looked down upon. I was there for help. I was told that I would get an estimate for treatment services in the mail. 3 weeks later, I have not received anything . Mind you, I still have not gotten my teeth cleaned and I have great insurance. Outside of the lovely techs, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. more

It is a pleasure to visit the offices and most of the staff is very personable. Of course, I like it even better if no additional work is required!! more
