Poor service. I think they just made up problems to get me to pay a high price. They wouldn't do a cleaning on my teeth. I would never recommend them for anyone. Check out Bright Smiles in Brandon. Once you try them, you will never go back to Bright Now more

Beware - the $29 cleaning and x-ray plan is a scam. After extensive x-rays, Bright Now said I had a tiny cavity and needed deep gum cleaning. This would only cost $417. After I said I didn't want to do that right at that time, they refused to do the cleaning. Staff turned from nice to rude immediately. I went back to my regular dentist that cost more, but it was well worth it. (I realized that Bright Now preys on the un-insured) Bright Smiles in Brandon did my exam and thorough cleaning for $70. And guess what, I had no cavities and my gums were healthy as always. \r (While I was in the waiting room at Bright Now Dental, I overheard receptionists discussing a patient that received a balance due invoice. They said the Bright Now insurance always says they will pay for a service and then decides not to all the time. The client was told to pay the balance or be sent to collections. \r Watch out - They are scammers!!!) more

The staff in the Oldmar office are really terrific - that is why I keep going back. I had a great experience with my cleaning in September. The office manager was able to reschedule me to a cancelled appointment which really helped with my travel schedule. The dental assistant and hygienist were very helpful and did a wonderful job, and were very helpful and gave me recommendations on keeping my gums in good order. more

So I've been trying to get an appointment with Bright Now Dental in Brandon. When I looked up the number on-line it was immediately answered by the Bright Now operator. This woman takes care of all the offices in Florida. I ask to schedule an appointment with the Brandon Office and she says ""I'm sorry they're not available."" What? So I asked her what she meant and she couldn't answer me. So she says would you like me to leave them a message to call you back? "" Sure"" I said... That was a week ago. Pros: none. Cons: to many things!! more

Went in for a check-up and cleaning at their Largo location. The dentist did the exam but before they would do a cleaning they had one of the staff check for some thing or the other. They came back and said they couldn't do a cleaning before I had some other work done. The trouble was that the other work would cost over $600.00, and it wasn't covered by my insurance. Cons: Their business practices should be investigated. more

Every time I visit this office the staff is friendly and helpful . the dentist even though busy goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. The manager takes her time to explain any plans . I am still puzzled regarding the previous comment ""nobody else can see my son and it has been two months"" if the service was bad and it has been two months why go back . more

I would never recommend this office at all not even to my worst enemy. They are unprofessional, very rude, they do not even know the doctors name that work in their office. Orthopedic is a nightmare. They change doctors and they didn't nofify us. I call to confirm apt and found out the orthopedic doc was no longer in that office and they don't even know who is the new doctor. Nobody else can see my son and it's been two months since he was seen. I hope they go out of business because they just take your money and don't care about the patients.
