It seems like everyone has had horrible experience with PP. I've actually been very pleased with mine. The consultants I had each time I went were super nice and very attentive. I went back three times to try on the same dress and they never pressured me to order or said I couldn't return. I did end up ordering from there and had super response. When it came time to order, I had just taken the dress off and gotten dressed. We were discussing which length to order --petite or regular-- and couldn't decide. So they let me put the dress back on, no questions asked, to confirm which length was right for me. After ordering, the dress came in early even. The alteration process was a hassle, but not overwhelmingly so. I do wish they would tell you upfront that you may be there with 15 other brides and have to wait a few hours. I would have brought a book or my laptop or work. It is a bit offsetting to have 25 other people watch you fitted, but it wasn't horrible. Alterations seems reasonable priced compared to other places. The only thing I'd complain about is that they don't include a free pressing. It seems like if you buy from there, get it altered there, and pay to store it there ($20), they should throw in the pressing for free. But other than that, I have no complaints. I'd recommend Posie Patch to other brides. If you go in with a good attitude and don't act like a bridezilla, they're so much more willing to work with you and help you. It's all in how you treat them. And who doesn't like to be treated with respect?
